Shipping Your Online Order

Standard Delivery

Unless an expedited service is requested, your order should arrive in approximately 5-7 business days. Orders placed by 3:00pm will be shipped the same day. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will ship Monday.  Not available for delivery to PO Box.

2^nd Day Air
Orders should arrive in 2 business days. Orders placed by 3:00pm will be shipped the same day. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will ship Monday.  Not available for delivery to PO Box.

Next Day Air
Orders should arrive the next business day. Orders placed by 3:00pm will be shipped the same day. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will ship Monday.  Not available for delivery to PO Box.

 Alaska and Hawaii may incur a higher fee, and are quoted individually.  No time guarantees given.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We will gladly exchange or credit your timely return of unworn, unlaundered merchandise. Please include original packaging and tags.  We cannot exchange or credit altered, customized, or personalized items.  Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.

Please save your receipt
If you wish to exchange or return a purchase, your receipt will make it faster to receive credit.  In most instances, we can verify purchases with our receipt lookup system.

Without a receipt
Returns are issued at the lowest selling price and a credit to the original form of payment or store gift card will be issued.

With a receipt
Returns with a receipt will be credited the full purchase price and a credit will be issued to the original form of payment.

Note: If you are returning a gift, you will be issued a Darien Sport Shop gift card.

 To return merchandise purchased on dariensport.com, please email karen@dariensport.com to obtain a return label.

You may return any item purchased at dariensport.com to the Darien Sport Shop store at 1127 Post Road, Darien CT 06820.  Please feel free to contact Annie with any questions regarding any exchanges or returns (203) 655-2575.

*Merchandise returned after 30 days from the date of sale with or without receipt will be credited at the lowest selling price and a credit to the original form of payment or a gift card will be issued.

Exchanges
Shipping is complementary on the replacement item.  For any destinations outside the U.S, any relevant fees or taxes will apply.
